Contribution Cards
Active Minds, Inc.'s commemorative contribution cards are now available for $10 each, or 6 for $50. The cards allow you to personally send a notice of contribution to your friends and loved ones for birthdays, anniversaries, and similar occassions. They allow you to write in if the contribution has been made in memory or honor of someone, for whom, and by whom.
